I started initially looking at the big box stores for flooring and quickly became frustrated with the lack of knowledgable service and product selection. We have had a wonderful experience working with Markham Flooring. More importantly Eric Ratynski was great. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in advising us on replacing the floor of our condo. He paid 2 visits to the condo in downtown Toronto prior to the work in order to give a quote and the second time to check for mould. He answered my many emails and phone calls with rapid responses. There was no change to the quote which was very reasonable.The contractor who carried out the work did a very neat and meticulous job as the planks had to fit just right on 2 sides of the room.
